I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes.
I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.

It arrived right to my door and looks great. I like that the wire is already on and i had the option to change the hook. She died this past w/e and its been nice to walk by and see her healthy.
