Deeply dissatisfied. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied. Stephen, Calgary	couldn't be happier... I ordered two frames with acid free foam core backing as replacements for existing frames. I couldn\'t be happier with the superb service from USAOnCanvass. The frames were perfect according to my custom dimensions and made from excellent quality, solid wood mouldings. The frame construction (cuts, joining) was as good as or even better than some local custom framing shops I\\\'ve used. A nice touch was the included free hanging hardware, easily enough parts to hang several pieces of art. Price-wise, 80% LESS than local shops for essentially the same moulding. Likewise shipping was very fast. Order to delivery was six days. My local shop? Three to four weeks minimum. Need I say more? I would also add that if you\\\'re not sure about dimensions, etc., just call USAOnCanvas. You will get a very pleasant, helpful person to guide you through your order.
