Just received my second order - this time it was for two floating frames that, like the first order, were slightly oversized as I had requested because I wanted a 1/2\" gap rather than the standard 1/4\" gap. The frames were perfect and I easily mounted the paintings with the hardware provided in about an hour - and they look great. Such amazing print quality, framing quality, and truly unreal customer service. I was so grateful with their speedy replies to my (many) emails as I tried to get two pictures of different sizes properly cropped to print as a set. Above and beyond what I would have expected, especially since I had ordered using a Groupon. I would recommend to anyone looking for a way to jazz up a regular print or create a beautiful gift.
